Eli Health Check App
Eli is a mobile app helping users understand their health symptoms, track their development, and decide when to see a doctor. The project emerged when healthcare systems worldwide were overwhelmed by routine queries that could be resolved digitally.
My team handled the entire UX process — from research through prototyping to final design. We collaborated with doctors verifying medical accuracy and behavioral psychologists.
We paid great attention to inclusive design: the app needed to work for seniors, people with lower digital literacy, and tech-savvy users alike.
The solution was progressive disclosure: first screen shows only what to do right now. Details available on demand — never forced. This reduced anxiety levels by more than 60%.
The app also underwent thorough accessibility testing with visually impaired users and people with motor limitations.

case study
Testing revealed a surprising pattern: more diagnostic information = more anxiety. We had to rethink how the app communicates uncertainty. The solution was progressive disclosure: first screen shows only what to do right now. Details available on demand — never forced.
