Slovenská sporiteľňa Tablet Lab Project
Slovenská sporiteľňa's branch network was transforming into advisory centres. Advisors needed a tool for valuable financial conversations — not in front of a monitor, but facing the customer with a tablet in hand.
In the Tablet Lab Project we designed and tested a tablet app. It showed customers their financial situation, simulated scenarios (refinancing, consolidation, new loan), and showed real-time impact on obligations.
Each iteration tested directly in the branch with real customers — including at the consultation table.
Navigation moved to the bottom (thumb reach), symmetrical calculator layout, key actions duplicated for both orientations.
Pilot in 12 branches: 18% more products closed, customers rated conversations significantly higher. Recommended for network-wide deployment.
